The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner will appear before the concerned police officer i.e. WPSI Ms. Deepali Lugade attached to Oshiwara Police Station on 18th August 2021 in between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm. for recording his statement. Statement recorded and accepted.

The officer PSI Mr. Sunil Gade, who is present before this Court, makes a statement on behalf of WPSI Ms. Deepali Lugade- the Investigating Officer that, the statement of the Petitioner will be recorded. lgc

In case, the concerned police officer takes a decision not to register the FIR, the Petitioner will be at liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy as is available in law.
