Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :

Kanchan P Dhuri 2 / 2 14-WP-5543-2021.odt (i) The Additional Collector / Appropriate Authority, Pune shall within a period of eight weeks from today hear the concerned parties and decide the Applications dated 31st January, 2020 filed by the Petitioners strictly on merits. (ii) Until the Applications are heard and disposed off, the parties shall maintain status-quo as of today in respect of the subject property. (iii) If the order passed by the Additional Collector / appropriate authority, Pune is against the Petitioners, the order of status-quo shall continue for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the same on the Petitioners and/or their Advocates.
