This is an application for amendment in the cause title of the petition thereby deleting the name of respondent No.5 in the present proceedings. It is stated that Respondent No.5 expired on 24.4.2017 and there are no legal heirs to him. 2.

In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the petition be served to all the concerned within the said stipulated period. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
