The petitioner claims to be a Social Worker. A representation has been made to the Hon'ble Minister (Finance, Planning and Forest) in the month of February 2018. The petitioner alleges that some encroachment has been made in the Government land. Copies of the representation are given to the concerned authorities. 2.

The Chief Conservator of Forests shall look into the grievance of the petitioner. If required, the petitioner and the persons who are likely to be affected be heard.
