This Civil Application seeks expeditious hearing of the present Second Appeal. The Appeal, originally filed in this Court as First Appeal No.812 of 1992, was transferred to the District Court. It took nearly 19 years for the First Appeal to be disposed of. The Second Appeal has been filed in the year 2013. The appellant is 74 years old. On these facts, the Second Appeal deserves to be expeditiously taken up for hearing.
