The learned APP points out that when the Petitioner was released on parole on 4 October 2007 and was expected to return within one month, was arrested and brought back to the jail after

Therefore, the authorities have rejected the prayer for emergency (Covid-19) parole, since the benefit of Covid-19 parole is refused on the ground that the Petitioner is likely to abscond if released, then the order cannot be considered erroneous or perverse as the conduct of the Petitioner gives rise to such reasonable apprehension.
