It appears that the application filed by the petitioner to release on parole/furlough was rejected in view of the adverse police report. 2.

Learned APP invited our attention to the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Dhule on 31.01.2014 and submits that on earlier occasion when the petitioner was released on parole, he over stayed for 96 days. Apart from above, police report is adverse and therefore, the petitioner would not be released on parole. The cause of action arose in the year 2014. Upon perusal of the report dated 31.01.2014 submitted by the concerned authority, we are of the opinion that there is no substance in the petition. Hence, writ petition stands rejected. Ethape D.A.
