They have settled the dispute. The Award was for Rs. 27,14,760 with interest at the rate of 9%. Parties have settled at Rs. 24 lakhs. This amount excludes the amount of no fault liability and statutory deposit, if any. The Respondent is present in Court. The consent form is signed taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The amount will be deposited in the M.A.C.T., Pune within a period of six weeks from today.
