The learned APP. on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the order dated 22.6.2016 passed by this Court, the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and joined the process of investigation. She further on instructions from the Investigation Officer who is present in Court submitted that, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by an order dated 22.6.2016 is hereby confirmed.
