This is the second bail application preferred by the same Applicant. This Court had rejected his earlier application vide a reasoned order dated dated 22/03/2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.690 of 2021. The Applicant is seeking bail in connection with the C.R.No.296 of 2019 registered at Yawat Police Station, Pune, under Section 395, 365, 347 and 413 of Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

This application is preferred on the ground that the coaccused Suraj Laxman Gade was granted bail by the co-ordinate bench by order dated 13/07/2021 (Coram : Smt.Bharati Dangre, J.) passed in Criminal Bail Application No.445 of 2021. After considering the arguments, bail was granted to co-accused Suraj Laxman Gade.

Learned counsel argued the present application by referring to the order granting bail to Suraj Gade. 4.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application as well, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.
