The grievance of the Petitioners is that in spite of their submitting the representations dated 13th December, 2015, 18th March, 2016 and 2nd June, 2016 respectively the same has not been considered by Respondent No. 2. In the circumstances, the prayer has Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-35 & 44-wp-7265-2016 been made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners to dispose of these Petitions by directing Respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad, Solapur to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representations keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 20th April, 2012.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits in the Petitions and the entitlement of the Petitioners claim, all the three Petitions stand disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad, Solapur to examine the Petitioners' claim and to take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 20th April, 2012. 4.
Let the decision be taken on the Petitioners' representations within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

All the Petitions stand disposed of as such.
