Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the electricity connection has already been granted to the Petitioner and therefore the grievance to that extent stands redressed. So far as the issue of grant of compensation is concerned, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the Petitioner has remedy of approaching the Appellate Tribunal under Section 111 of the 1/2

Keeping all contentions open, the present Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent forum for compensation.
