DATED : 19th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant came to be released on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks by order dated 8/9/2021. He was directed to furnish P.R bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties.
The applicant seek extension of time to furnish the sureties and the reason is his ailment for which he was hospitalized in the private hospital in Andheri, Mumbai. The medical papers are placed on record.
The applicant was duty bound to adhere to the order of his release and it was imperative for me to comply with the stipulations. However, he failed to do so and moved the Tilak

The applicant is reminded that he has been enjoying the liberty and since the period has now expired, he must arrange for the sureties.
Failure to do so within a period of two weeks from today will permit the Investigating Officer to arrest him. Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent by extending the time to furnish surety by two weeks from today. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
