Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that though this Court by order dated 03.02.2021 had directed the S.R.O. to decide the proceedings expeditiously, the matter is still pending. The Petitioner is almost 90 years of age. Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on instructions submits that fnal orders will be passed by the S.R.O. within a period of two weeks from today.

Considering that the Petitioner is 90 years of age, in the event of an adverse order be passed against the Petitioner, the same shall not be executed for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order.
