DATE : 23.01.2015 P.C.:­ It is informed to the Court by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.5­University that the proposal of the Petitioner was sent through the University to the State Government for extension of the retirement age of the applicant from 62 years to 65 years. It is stated that the State Government has approved the proposal in respect of the applicant on 21.1.2015. It is stated that the purpose of filing the Civil Application stands served due to the subsequent development.
