At the outset, Mrs. S D Shinde, the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State, on the basis of written instructions, by way of letter dated 23rd September 2021, received from the Superintendent of Jail, Nashik Central Prison, Nashik, submits that the Petitioner viz Maruti Gangaram Wakade has already been released on 09th January 2021 on emergency parole. The said letter dated 23rd September 2021 is taken on record. In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing of this Writ Petition is served. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
