By this Application, the Applicants seek re­call of the order dated 25.04.2019 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) in B. A. No. 80 of 2019 with Cri. Appln. No. 466 of 2019 in B. A. No. 80 of 2019 by which B. A. No. 80 of 2019 was dismissed for non prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. B. A. No. 80 of 2019 is restored back to its original file. The Intervention Application No. 466 of 2019 filed in the aforesaid B. A. No. 80 of 2019 also stands restored. The said Application be placed under the caption "For Admission" after two weeks.
