The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal for issuance of Shalarth ID is pending. The same is not decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5. 2.
Initially, the Petitioner was not granted approval to his transfer from Junior College to Secondary School. This Court, under order dated 28th February 2022 directed the Education Officer to grant approval holding that amended Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2020 would not apply. Pursuant thereto the Education Officer
Pallavi 16-wp-10045-2022.doc has granted approval. Said order of this Court dated 28th February 2022 in Writ Petition No.633 of 2022 is binding upon the Deputy Director of Education also.

The Deputy Director of Education shall take decision with regard to the inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth ID in tune with the judgment dated 28th February 2022 of this Court in Writ Petition No.633 of 2022 within a period of six weeks. 4.
Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
