DATED : 10th OCTOBER, 2023 P.C:- Since the order dated 14/06/2023, clearly record that this is a case for grant of interim protection and the order continued to operate till date, it is informed that on completion of investigation the charge-sheet is filed.

The learned APP state that on the charge-sheet being filed, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The order passed on 14/06/2023, had clearly directed the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer and the appellant has rendered his cooperation and hence the order dated 14/06/2023 is made absolute.
