Only prayer sought in this petition is to expedite the decision on the summary report submitted by Investigating Officer before the Court of JMFC, Miraj relating to CR No.350 of 2019 registered with Miraj City Police Station. The FIR was registered on a private complaint for offences under Sections 420, 463, 465, 406, 471 of IPC. The police conducted investigation and submitted `B' summary report to concerned Court. Report was submitted in the year 2020. However, there is no progress in the proceedings. On account of pendency of the said summary report, the petitioner is suffering since the petitioner is operating as Haj tour operator. He has not been provided the Haj quota for the year 2022 due to pendency of said MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.07.27 11:27:37 +0530 proceedings. It is thus submitted that appropriate directions be given to Trial Court to take appropriate directions in respect to `B' summary report.

Considering above factual matrix of the matter, the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Miraj, where proceedings being RCC

2 of 2 44.WP.2498.2022.doc No.363 of 2019 arising out of CR No.350 of 2019 are pending, is requested to take decision on `B' summary report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The writ petition is disposed of.
