In the present proceedings, this court had passed order dated 20.06.2017 directing office to issue notice to the respondent, returnable after 8 weeks.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay cost of Rs.10,000/- in each matter to respondent No.2 i.e. father of the petitioner.

Cost to be deposited in the Registry of this court within three weeks from today, failing which the Writ Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

If cost is deposited within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, respondent No.2 Ramesh Ramgonda Patil is entitled to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.

Office is directed to place the matter on board as per order dated 20.06.2017.
