The Petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 10 February 2015/4 March 2015.

Respondents have already filed Affidavit and basically opposed all the reliefs so prayed by the Petitioner, on a foundation that the Petitioner in fact was South Eastern Coalfield Ltd. (SECL) employee and on his request for mother's treatment he was transferred at Mumbai. Therefore, for administrative reasons by the impugned order the Respondents posted the Petitioner to his original parental department. Uday P. Kambli 1/2

However, considering the submissions so made, including the case of illness of mother of the Petitioner, at this stage by keeping all points open, we are permitting the Petitioner to make a representation to Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.2 to deal with the same in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of representation.
