Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2.

The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent to register F.I.R. on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 2.6.2015. 3.

The learned APP, having taken instructions from the concerned officer, submits that the petitioner was suspended pending enquiry into allegations of corruption. The learned APP further states that the petitioner, thereafter made malafide complaint against the respondents. She states that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into by the Additional Superintendent of Police and the said complaint was found without any substance and petitioner was communicated the said 1/2

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not been communicated the said order. 5.

Since the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and conclusion arrived at by the Additional Superintendent of Police is that the complaint is without substance. The petitioner has alternate remedy to approach and redress his grievances. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition.

The respondent State is directed to communicate the said communication dated 21.8.2015 to the petitioner, within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
