The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of filing an application for allotment of land by an application dated 20th February 2016, till date the same is not considered. The application dated 20th February 2016 is in terms of the direction given by the Court in the earlier round of litigation. The said application dated 20th February 2016 shall be disposed of by the respondent Authority ABS

WP 2985-2017 in accordance with the procedure contemplated within 3 months from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
