None appeared for the Applicant on 26th February, 20018. The matter was adjourned on 5th of February, 2018 and on that date, the matter was adjourned to 26th February, 2018.

Earlier the mater was dismissed for want of prosecution and it was V.A. Tikam 1/2

restored on 4th January, 2018 by this Court. Hence, the matter stands dismissed and disposed of.
