Respondent No.1 is duly authorised by the Minutes of meeting held on 9th January, 2018, a copy of which is tendered along with the Minutes of Order. At the request of Advocates for the petitioner and respondent nos.1 and 2 the following order is passed :- (i) There will be order in terms of Minutes of Order handed in and marked "X"
