The Petition was disposed of with a direction to the Respondent - Institute to consider the entitlement of the

32 CP 176.21.doc Respondent No.5. The order is not was passed either in the public interest or in rem. The order passed is purely in the benefit of the Respondent No.5. The Respondent No.5 - the original Petitioner is before us but is not making any grievance that the order has been breached.

We decline to proceed under the contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition is rejected. Out of indulgence, we have not imposed costs.
