Parties are present with their respective advocates. They jointly request for quashing of FIR which is essentially under section 498A of IPC.

The marriage between the parties is already dissolved by decree of divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act and as per consent terms mutual obligations are already discharged. 3.

Respondent no. 2 has already filed affidavit accordingly on 25/2/2019. She is present in Court and orally also has indicated nilegaonkar 1/2

In this situation, accepting the joint request, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (ii). 5.

We also direct the petitioners to remove pages 213 to 227 by contacting Registry after giving necessary acknowledgement therefor from both sex.
