Learned counsel for the parties submits that in view of the fact that the impugned tender has been cancelled, in pursuance of the directions issued by the Government, nothing survives in this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a letter dated 15/7/2016 issued by respondent No.3 stating therein that in view of the circular dated 12/7/2016 issued by the Government in place of the impugned tender fresh tender will be issued.
