That apart, learned APP on instructions states that on the basis of order made under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, MECR No. 3 of 2015 is already registered for the offence punishable under sections 463, 464, 467, 468, 406, 386, 387 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. She further states that despite several reminders, the Petitioner is not producing the documents for verification of the seal in respect of which the forgery is alleged.

In the light of above and considering the fact that the Petitioner is not remaining present, we dismiss the writ petition in patilsr 1 / 2
default.

In view of the disposal of main writ petition, application taken out in this writ petition, does not survive and same is accordingly disposed of.
