Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

After arguing for sometime, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody for more than three years and, therefore, the trial in Session Case arising out of CR No.191 of 2020 be expedited.

The prayer is reasonable.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with the Session Case arising out of CR No.191 of 2020 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial as 1/2

In the event, the trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant shall be at liberty to revive the prayer for bail.
