Petitioner's grievance is that the subject FIR was registered on 29th January, 2015. So far final report has not been filed by the police. Learned APP on instructions from the officers present in the Court states that one of the accused is in Tihar Jail and three accused persons are already arrested by the police. The investigation is going on. Considering the nature of the allegations made, some more time will be required for the Investigating Officer to arrive at the final conclusion before filing the report.

We direct that the Investigating Officer shall take necessary steps to complete the investigation at the earliest. Petition is disposed of. All the issues on merit are kept open.
