Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with CR No. 106/19 registered with Pangari Police Station, Solapur under Section 452, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2.

The FIR is lodged by one Daivshala Masekar on 10th May 2019 in respect of the incident dated 9th May 2019. The incident had taken place at 9.30 p.m. According to the first informant, her sister had got married with the applicant. There was marital disputes between the applicant and first informant's sister. The applicant had blamed that the informant's husband; as according to the applicant, he had arranged that marriage knowingly though 1/3

the applicant's wife was of difficult nature. 3.

At 9.30 p.m. the applicant alongwith his brother, father and mother went to the house of the first informant and assaulted her husband by kicks and fist blows. The applicant, his brother and father also assaulted her husband with stone. Based on these allegations this FIR was lodged.

Learned Sessions Judge vide his order dated 23rd May 2019 granted anticipatory bail to the parents and brother of the applicant. The applicant's role is not different from the accused who are granted anticipatory bail.

I have perused the injury certificate in respect of Pandurang Masekar, who was the husband of the first informant. He had suffered two minor injuries in the nature of abrasions and contusions. The incident appears to be a petty incident. Co-accused are already granted anticipatory bail. Therefore, I am inclined to grant similar protection to the present applicant. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No.106/19 registered with Pangari Police Station, Solapur, 2/3

the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
