Heard Mr. Mhatre, learned Counsel for the applicants, Mr. Sathaye, learned Counsel for the respondents No. 1A, 1B, 1D, 2A to 2C, 3, 4A and 4B and Mr.Page, learned Counsel for the respondent No.5. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 2 years and 55 days in filing the C.R.A. For the reasons set out in paragraphs 6 and 7, I am satisfied that applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Office shall register the C.R.A.
