Heard. Applicants herein are being prosecuted for offence punishable under sections 326, 324, 504, 506 (II) r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. And section 37 r/w 135 of Bombay Police Act in crime no. 209 of 2014. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. 2) By an order dated 07/01/2015, applicants were granted bail by the Sessions Court on condition that they shall execute P. R. bond of Rs. 30,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount. Applicants had then approached Sessions Court and sought time to furnish sureties. Learned Sessions Judge, vide order dated 25/03/2015 had granted 4 weeks time to furnish surety and the applicants were enlarged on bail. It appears that thereafter, applicants had again sought extension of time which was granted ism

2 39.366.15 appln by the Sessions Court for a further period of 2 weeks. Once again, applicants are seeking extension of time for furnishing surety. 3) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants belong to lower economic group. That despite the best efforts, applicants could not furnish surety. On humanitarian grounds, learned counsel prays for extension of time.

4) The said prayer is granted by way of last chance. Time for furnishing surety is extended up to 20/08/2015, by way of last chance. Applicants shall not seek any further extension of time. Application is being allowed in above terms and is being disposed of.
