1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.6(b) imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 26th August 2016 while releasing him on bail. The said condition No.6(b) reads as under: aAfter his release from jail the applicant shall attend the Agripada Police Station, Mumbai once in a month on every Monday between 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m till the conclusion of the trialo.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, since his release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the aforesaid condition and has not committed any default. That the charge in the said 1/2

appp.520-2017.doc case has already been framed by the Trial Court and the trial has began. 3] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is modified and the applicant is directed to attend Agripada Police Station, Mumbai once in three months i.e. every first Monday of third month between 11.00 a.m and 2.00 p.m till the conclusion of trial.
