Considering that the applicant faces accusations under Sections 138 and 150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003, which are punishable with the maximum punishment of three years, the learned APP states that they will issue notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C to the applicant, upon which the applicant shall put his appearance.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed off by reserving the liberty to the applicant to approach this Court, if the contingency arises.
