Pursuant to the order dated 14 February 2017, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The statement of disclosure is accepted.

Shri. P.N. Karhadkar, Former District & Sessions Judge, Nashik, is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The parties shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitration proceedings and shall not apply for unnecessary adjournments.
