The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR being No.168 of 2017 registered with the Juhu Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The registration of the said FIR is sought to be challenged on the ground that no such incident as alleged in the FIR is taken place and that the FIR which is lodged is malafide and is lodged just to harass the Petitioners. We have gone through the CDR as also we have been appraised of the recording which is made on the CC TV camera which is installed in the Society wherein the first informant is residing. Prima facie having regard to the said material it cannot be said that the Petitioners have been wrongly arraigned as accused for the offences which have been mentioned in the FIR in lgc

(902) wp-2325.17 question. We refrain ourselves from making any further observations in respect of the material lest it affects the Petitioners in the trial. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
