1] Mr. Dorai Laxminarayan is accused No.5 in Complaint No.2963/2016 (in APL No.594/2017) and in complaint No.2964/2016 (in APL No.595/2017); Vijay Khanna, Sudarshan Synghal, Nandakumar K. are accused Nos.8,9 and 10 respectively in Complaint No.2963/2016 (in APL No.596/2017) and in complaint No. 2964/2016 (in APL No.597/2017) and Bharat Banka is accused No.12 in complaint No.2963/2016 (in APL No. 598/2017) and accused No.12 in Complaint No.2964/2016 (in APL No. 599/).

2] The learned counsel for the respondent No.2/original complainant on instructions submitted that, the complainant will drop the names of the applicants from the proceedings of the aforesaid complaints, as the complainant does not wish to prosecute the aforesaid applicants/accused further.
3] In view thereof, the names of the applicants are hereby dropped from the said complaints and the said complaints are hereby quashed as against the applicants herein.
