Heard learned Counsel for applicant. Perused the application. Learned Counsel for applicant submits that he is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon, within a period of one week. He requested to grant stay to the impugned order.

In view of above submission, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and Shridhar Sutar

2 902(2)caf-2649.18.doc award dated 3rd April, 2018 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 306 of 2017, subject to condition that the applicant-appellant shall deposit entire decretal amount in the M.A.C.T. Thane, within a period of one week from this order, failure to which the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. 3.

Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of in above terms.
