Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause in the Application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried before the next date.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2015. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that pursuant to an order passed by this Court enlarging the Applicant on bail and pursuant to an undertaking given by the Applicant, the Applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- in this Court, in two instalments. He has produced copies of the receipts. The same are taken on record. He seeks extension of time to comply with all the formalities of furnishing sureties.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2015 and 10.12.2015.
