Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the petitions seeks liberty to withdraw this petition on instructions with liberty to file the proceedings under section 35-A of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act, 1971. The statement is accepted.

The respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of two weeks from today in implementing the impugned order. It is made clear that if appropriate proceedings are not
