This Court has already continued suspension of sentence as done by the trial Court. The offence is under section 354-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC"). The Appellant is acquitted whereas on the same set of evidence, he is convicted under section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO Act"). 2.

In view of that, following order is passed:--

ORDER

(i) Let the order of suspension be continued during the disposal of the Appeal;

(ii) Let fine amount be deposited if it is not deposited earlier. 3.

Interim Application is disposed of.
