Heard. This is an application for relaxation of condition. 2.

By an order dated 29.3.2016, the applicant was granted prearrest bail in Crime No.136 of 2015 registered at Lonavala Rural Police Station, Pune. While granting relief under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., this Court had imposed a condition that the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on every Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that thereafter the applicant had filed an application seeking quashing of the FIR.

By an order dated 26.4.2016, the Hon'ble Division Bench has directed the investigating agency to continue with the investigation and charge-sheet shall not be filed till the returnable date. In view of this, the condition imposed vide clause (ii) of the operative order dated 29.3.2016 is relaxed. The applicant shall report to the police station as and when called.
