The offence is registered with Mira Road police station, Thane under sections 406, 420, 498A, 376, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

This Court has protected the Applicant-accused from arrest as per the order dated 4th August 2021.

During the pendency of this Application, the police have filed the charge-sheet. A report to that effect dated 1st July 2023, is submitted today. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X" Shiv 1/2

29.aba1764.21.doc for identification. Though report mentions that Applicant has not cooperated but still charge-sheet is filed. In view of that custodial interrogation is not required. The interim order dated 4th August 2021, is confirmed.
