The petitioner has a statutory remedy available after filing of chargesheet. Hence, we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the First Information Report. The petition is disposed of. However, remedy of the petitioner as well as the contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
