1] This is an application for modification of condition no. (3) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by order dated 30th December, 2013 passed by the Learned Special Judge of Sessions Court, below Exhibit 27 in MCOC Special Case No.16 of 2012. The condition no. 3 reads as under : "He shall attend the office of DCB CID, D-1, Mumbai on every Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until further orders"

rrpillai 2/2 27-apl-687-2016.odt 2] The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that since the day of his release from jail the applicant is sincerely following the said condition for last more than two years. She submitted that in the present case i.e. MCOC Special Case No.16 of 2012 the trial Court has already framed the charge and the further attendance of the applicant with the investigating agency as directed by the trial court is not necessary.

3] In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, the said condition is modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the office of DCB CID, D-1,Special, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm till the conclusion of the trial. It is made clear that the said conditions will not be further modified.
