Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition was filed before this Court seeking quashment of the FIR, however, during pendency of the petition, charge-sheet came to be filed against the petitioner and the petitioner has filed application seeking discharge before the competent Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the petition no more survives and sought leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
