Parties herein are agreed that the order communicated by the Tahsildar on 21/05/2019 issued pursuant to approval of Collector, Pune is without hearing the petitioner and that being so, since the order is in violation of principles of natural justice, same can be set aside.

Parties herein agree that they shall appear before the Collector, Pune on 05/08/2019. The Collector shall hear the parties to the petition on the issue of transfer proceedings from the file of Tahsildar Khed to Tahsildar Maval and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case within period of one week from the date of appearance of the parties.

Till Collector takes decision, the proceedings of which transfer is sought, be not proceeded with.
